Method Reference:

Modified FCC 9 Fructooligosaccharides, Short Chain

Method Description:

This method is based on normal phase chromatography utilizing a refractive index (RI) detector for the separation of the scFOS (short chain fructooligosaccharides) such as kestose (GF2), nystose (GF3), and fructosylnystose (GF4), in addition to glucose (G), fructose (F), and sucrose (GF).

Information Required by Submitter:

The moisture content of the raw material is needed. If it is not known, moisture analysis will be added to the analysis.
