The Nutrition Labeling and Education Act (NLEA) requires nutritional labeling for virtually every
food product. Each package must contain a nutrition facts panel that includes the following mandated
nutrients and can include some optional nutrients:

Nutritional Facts Panel
For your convenience, Medallion has bundled all of the NLEA mandatory tests into one nutritional
labeling package. Upon completion of the NLEA testing, you will receive a final report with results
from each individual analysis. A mock nutrition facts panel can also be provided. If you are
interested in a complimentary mock nutrition label for your product, please indicate your serving size
in grams and check the box on our nutritional submission form. The label we provide is not photo ready
for marketing or print purposes, but it gives you an instant snapshot of how the nutrients will report
on your label.
